肯德基本土化战略价值链分析 [摘要] 本文以跨国公司是世界经济和科技发展到一定阶段的产物,以及进入中国并在中国发展为背景,阐述了肯德基进入中国是为了适应瞬息万变的全球化经济实现国际化。然后以研究背景为依托从肯德基本土化战略决策的环境因素进行论述,然后通过供应商的本土化、产品本土化、员工本土化,这几个方面进一步论述了肯德基在中国的本土化战略的实施,以便对肯德基在中国的本土化战略有了更深入的了解,在以上的基础上则更进一步的对肯德基本土化战略的价值链的构成做以系统性、全面性的剖析,发现其价值链的特色之处,最后根据肯德基在中国市场的成功经验,从其经验中得到的启示及有效的建议。

An Analysis of Value Chain for Localization Strategic of KFC

And then to study the background of relying on strategic decisions from the Kentucky native discusses the environmental factors; and then the localization vendor; product localization, staff localization; which further discusses several KFC's localization strategy in China of the implementation in order to KFC's localization strategy in China have a better understanding of the basis of the above is further localized on the strategic value chain KFC The composition of doing a systematic and comprehensive analysis found that the characteristics between the value chain, and finally according to KFC's success in the Chinese market to get inspiration from their experience and effective proposals.
