河南省民间资本与产业集群的互动分析

【摘 要】2008年以来，金融危机不断加深，特别是国际金融危机和东部沿海地区经济放缓对河南经济的影响开始呈现。在此背景下，河南省更应该高度重视民间资本在推动产业集群方面所发挥的作用。本文首先从民间资本与产业集群的相互作用着手，深入分析了产业集群萌芽期、成长期、成熟期、衰退期与民间资本的互动博弈行为，最后，针对河南省的民间投资行为现状和产业集群融资的现状，提出相关的一些对策和建议。

 Analysis of the Interaction between Private Capital and Industry Cluster of Henan
 
Abstract：Since2008,the financial crisis deepened，especially the international financial crisis and economic slowdown in the coastal areas is beginning to influence Hennan Province．In the context，Henan province should pay attention to the effect that private capital works in promoting industry cluster. In this paper，starting with the interaction between the private capital and industry cluster ，we analyze the interaction behavior between industry cluster and private capital deeply，based on the infancy，growth，maturity，recession of industry cluster．Finally，we put up some relevant suggestions and responses related to the private capital investment behavior and industry cluster of Henan province．
