【内容摘要】

成长期中小企业竞争模式及战略匹配[摘 要] 成长期是实现中小企业持续健康发展的最为关键的阶段,是中小企业发展中的转折点。结合企业发展的生命周期,根据企业的发展状况选择适应的竞争战略模式,通过企业资源、企业环境、企业战略的匹配,建立、保持、发展企业在成长期的竞争优势,有利于实现企业发展的转折,本论文通过采用SWOT等分析法,结合中小企业在企业生命周期发展过程中的特点,重点分析对中小企业在成长期发展有利的竞争战略模式,并提出较为普遍适用的战略匹配的一些观点,来完成对促进成长期中小企业发展战略因素的研究。

The Growth of Medium and Small-sized Enterprise's Competitive Models and Strategic Match
                 
Abstract: Growth stage is to achieve sustained and healthy development of SMEs, the most critical stage is the turning point in the development of SMEs. Combination of enterprise development life cycle, according to the development of enterprises to adapt to the competitive strategy choice model, through the enterprise  resources, business environment, business strategy, matching, establish, maintain and develop the competitive advantage of enterprises in the growth stage, which is conducive to the development of enterprises turning point. This paper through the use of SWOT analysis, etc., and combined with the development of SMEs in the process of enterprise life cycle characteristics, or focusing on analysis of the growth period conducive to the development of SMEs in the competitive strategy model, and propose a more generally applicable strategy for matching some of the views, to complete the growth stage of the promotion of SME development strategic factors research.
