浙江省服装来料加工出口产业升级问题对策与研究

摘要：浙江省是我国服装品生产大省和出口大省，服装业在浙江省的工业生产和出口贸易中具有举足轻重的地位。然而浙江服装业又存在产业结构和增长方式不合理、产品技术含量和附加值低、品牌建设薄弱、自主创新能力不足等问题，从而使浙江服装业处在全球价值链的低端，抗风险能力也相对较弱。如果继续走这种粗放式的发展道路，今后浙江服装业的发展必将越来越困难。而通过转型升级，超越已有的发展模式，既是企业提高产品附加值和实施内涵化发展的必然要求，更是浙江省服装业实施可持续发展的必由之路。
本文不仅分析浙江省服装来料加工产业升级面临的机遇和挑战。同时也提出了其产业升级方面的应对策略。所有论述和观点仅为相关政府、行业和企业提供宏观和微观方面的个人建议和参考。
