浅析领导力在不同国家的企业中的作用

摘要： 领导人存在于各种社会团体，国家，并起着至关重要的作用。成为一个好的，优秀的，有决断力的领导人，就需要有足够的领导力。作为领导，有效管理企业是领导力的重要体现之一。本文就商业领导力在企业中的作用进行分析，对比了美国，印度，和中国的企业中领导力的作用。每个国家企业中领导力的形成都受到该国家的文化等方面的影响。
当然每个国家企业中的领导力都有其优点和缺点，这也是有每个国家的特色。作为中国企业，应当借鉴其他国家的成功经验，结合自己国情，形成更有效的领导力。本文的目的就是在于，中国企业就自身的现状，吸取别过的优秀，成功的模式与经验，完善企业中的领导力。

An Analysis of The Role of Leadership in Different Countries’ Corporation

Abstract

Leaders from various social groups and countries play a significant role. Being a good, outstanding, decisive leader, you need to have enough methods of leadership. As a leader, one of the effective management of the enterprise is the important reflection of the leadership. This article will analyze the role of business leadership in the enterprise, through comparing the American, Indian, and Chinese leadership role in the enterprises. Considering the aspects that affect the different leadership in different countries, the culture of the country and the culture of every corporation its own contribute to most.
Leadership course in each State enterprise has its advantages and disadvantages, which is characteristic of each country. Chinese companies should draw lessons from successful experiences in other countries, combined with their own national conditions, and forming more effective leadership. The purpose of this article is to improve leadership in the enterprise from learning the excellent and successful examples of other countries'.
