IE技术对提高欧奇制造公司车间生产效率的应用研究

摘要
生产车间是企业生产供应链中制造环节的重点，它不仅是企业物化的中心，而且是生产系统信息的集散中心。因此生产车间的优化问题成为企业生产研究的重要课题，其目的是为了提高生产运作效率、降低生产成本，提升企业的市场竞争力。
本文结合手工装配线的改善实例，详细阐述了应用基础工业工程中的流程分析、单元设计、装配线平衡等理论。结合柏拉图分析法，探讨改善手工装配线效率和管理水平的方法。改善前后的定性和定量对比分析说明结合柏拉图分析的基础工业工程理论和方法对提高企业生产效率的显著作用。

IE technology to improve production efficiency Ouqi Company Application Workshop

ABSTRACT
Workshop is the production supply chain, the key manufacturing sector, it is not only materialized in the center of business and production system information distribution center. Therefore, the optimization problem of a workshop production of the important issues, its purpose is to improve production efficiency，reduce production costs and enhance their market competitiveness.
In this paper, the improvement of manual assembly line example, described in detail in the application of basic industrial engineering process analysis, cell design, assembly line balancing theory, Plato's analysis to explore the manual assembly lines to improve the efficiency and management levels. Before and after qualitative and quantitative improvement compared with Plato's description of the basis of analysis of industrial engineering theory and methods to improve production efficiency of the significant role.
