xx食品有限公司生产流程的分析与优化
摘 要
进入21世纪，中国已然成为世界的制造中心，中国的制造业增长是全球最快的，但与世界发达国家相比仍存在阶段性的差距。工业工程是一门以提高质量和效率、降低成本为目标，集中多种工程技术和管理经济的交叉性学科，其理论和方法在工业化和经济发展中起着非常重要的作用。在制造型企业的发展中，应用工业工程的理论方法，是企业提高管理水平的重要手段。
本文以制造型企业--朝阳烘焙食品公司为例，通过生产实践，应用工业工程，首先从工业工程的起源出发，阐述了工业工程的定义及相关理论。以及工业工程从人机料法环测等环节发挥巨大作用，改善生产效率。接着对朝阳烘焙食品公司的主要产品面包屑的生产流程做分析，通过实习操作，收集资料，应用工业工程理论，发现生产环节中出现的问题，并提出改善方向。最后应用工业工程相关理论提出改善措施，提高机器设备效率，调整人员岗位安排，提高产品质量，降低生产成本。

Analysis and improvement of the manufacturing process of Tianjin Chaoyang Cures food company
ABSTRACT
Since the 21st century, China has already become the world the manufacturing center. China's manufacturing industry grows fastest in the world. But compared with the developed country, we still have a gradual disparity. Industrial Engineering aims at improving quality, increasing efficiency and reducing costs. It is a overlapping discipline that collects many engineering technology and economic management, which theory and method have made a great contribution to the industrialization and economic improvement. In order to impetus the enterprises and make them to a new stage, it is important to make industrial engineering theory into application.
This article takes a manufacturing company as an example--Chaoyang cure food company. It begins with the origin of industrial engineering, and then elaborates the definition of industrial engineering and relative theory. Industrial engineering has made a great contribution to manufacturing development. Then the author made an analysis of the manufacturing process of the company's main product--crumbs. By taking part in the operation and collecting materials, the author discovered some problems that occur in the manufacturing process. Finally the author use some relative theory of industrial engineering, coming up with a new method of crumbs manufacturing, in order to increase the machine efficiency and improve the quality.
