CS公司库存管理的分析与改进

摘   要
制造业在我国具有重要的地位和作用，在公司生产经营过程的各个环节如采购、生产、销售中都存在库存，库存费用占公司总费用很大一部分，由此可见，库存管理的好坏将直接影响公司的生存和发展。目前很多公司的库存管理仍然停留在传统的模式上，因此，加强对公司库存管理具有十分重要的意义。
本文介绍了CS公司的生产模式及库存管理情况，并对其进行全面的分析，找出存在的问题。运用供应链管理环境下的库存管理理论，分析了CS公司的库存现状、包括原材料、半成品、成品库存存在问题，采用先进库存管理方法结合公司自身实际情况分阶段有步骤的对公司库存进行系统的、全面的管理，不断降低公司库存。库存问题的解决应在适合公司库存管理思想的指导下，加强公司内部供应链涉及的供应、生产、销售等部门间的协调整合及公司间的协调整合,实现持续改善，不断提高公司管理水平，降低且有超量库存，提高公司经济效益。

ABSTRACT
Manufacturing industry in China has an important position and role in the production process of all aspects of business such as purchasing, production, sales, inventory exists, inventory costs , can be seen, inventory management directly affects the survival and development of enterprises. At present, many enterprises still remain in traditional inventory management model, so to enhance inventory management is of great significance. This article describes the production mode of CS and inventory management, and its comprehensive analysis, to identify problems.
The use of supply chain management inventory management theory to analyze the status of CS company's inventory, including raw materials, semi-finished and finished products inventory problems, combined with advanced methods of inventory management companies have their own realistic conditions phased steps to the business inventory system , comprehensive management, continue to lower business inventories. Problem solving inventory for inventory management should be guided by the thinking, strengthen the internal supply chain involved in the supply, production and marketing, inter-sectoral coordination and integration of coordination among the integrated companies to achieve continuous improvement, and continuously improve enterprise management level, reduced and there is excess inventory, improve economic efficiency of enterprises.
