LJ企业S药品的质量改进


摘  要
随着管理科学思想的发展与进步,质量管理学科步入全面质量管理(TQM)阶段,质量改进在社会化生产中越来越占有举足轻重的地位。只要是一个现代化的企业,无论它属于何种领域,无论它为社会提供产品还是服务,质量改进都已成为它提高自身竞争力时所关注的焦点。然而尽管存在许多质量改进的理论和方法,但如何选择以及如何实施也会成为众多现代化企业立足与发展的关键环节。
在本文中,作者运用六西格玛思想作为改进活动的主要指导思想,运用DMAIC流程(定义-测量-分析-实施-控制)作为改进活动的主要框架,对LJ企业的S药品进行详细的质量改进。通过搜集资料,分析数据,研究方法,制定方案,实施改进和结果控制等环节的活动,降低了S药品的不合格品率,提高了S药品的质量水平和质量稳定性。本文完成了一次整体的DMAIC流程,对DMAIC流程的详细实施步骤有了深入的体会,对六西格玛质量管理思想也有了更为深刻的了解。

The Quality Improvement of S medicine in LJ Company
Abstract
With the development of science of management, quality management has been developed into the total quality management (TQM) stage, quality improvement in social production increasingly pivotal. As long as it is a modern enterprise, no matter what kind of field, whether it is to provide products or services to the society, quality improvement has become the focus point when the enterprise want to enhance their own competitiveness. However, although there are lots of quality improvements theory and methods, how to choose and how to implement quality improvement will act as the key point in many modern enterprises’ development.
In this thesis, author uses Six Sigma thought as the major principle, use DMAIC process (define-measure-analysis-improve-control) as the main frame, improve the quality of LJ Enterprise S medicine efficiently. By the act of collection, data analysis, methods study, planning and implementation, S medicine’s unacceptable product rate has been significantly reduced; also lead the improvement of S medicine’s quality level and quality stability. This thesis undergone a whole DMAIC process, author has been experienced DMAIC process step-by-step deeply; also made a more profound understanding on quality management thought.
