 摘要

  信息系统外包是指企业以合同的方式把企业的部分或全部系统信息功能委托或出卖给信息技术服务商。发展信息系统外包这个项目的原因是,随着全球经济一体化及信息技术的飞速发展,企业生存环境的变化越来越快,为了在激烈的全球竞争中保持优势,企业面对市场需求和自身的发展,越来越多的企业倾向于集中主要资源发展核心竞争业务,对于部分非核心业务都是外包给有专业技能的企业完成。分析信息系统外包合作伙伴的评价方法,确立评价的原则,构建相应的评价指标体系,运用整合层次分析方法和证据推理粗集判断这两种方法的综合决策方法对合作伙伴的选择进行评价,确定合作者。对于信息系统外包项目的利益分配,通过研究分配原则、制定分配机制和分配方法来了解信息系统外包的利益分配。

Abstract
Information system outsourcing refers to contract the enterprise of part or all of the information system function entrusted or sold to information technology services. the development of information system outsourcing this project because, along with the global economic integration and the rapid development of information technology, the business environment is changing more and more quickly, in the fierce global competition to keep the advantage, the enterprise faces the market demand and their own development, more and more enterprises tend to focus resources on core competition of business, for the part of non core business are outsourced to specialized enterprises. Analysis of information system outsourcing partner evaluation method, establishes the evaluation principles, setting up the evaluation index system, the use of integrated analytic hierarchy method and evidence reasoning rough set to determine which of the two methods of the synthetic decision method of partner selection evaluation, determine the partners. For information system outsourcing project of benefit distribution, through the study of the allocation principle, establish distribution mechanism and distribution methods to understand the information system outsourcing benefit allocation.
