基于价值链的企业信息系统绩效评价


 摘要 

随着经济全球化和信息网络化,信息系统在企业中所起的作用越来越明显。从提高单一的职能效率,到增强局部职能之间的协调性,到现在成为了企业实现管理变革的使能器。在国内外企业竞争激烈情况下,研究企业的信息系统绩效评价,并基于价值链视角建立有效的绩效评价体系尤其重要。因此,如何科学,全面地分析和评价企业信息系统绩效,已成为各企业需要解决的问题,同时对我国企业有着深远的影响。
本文在前人丰富的研究基础上,通过查阅相关文献资料,以定性分析与定量分析相结合,了解价值链及信息系统绩效的有关概念和理论,研究基于价值链的企业信息系统绩效评价方法,构建相应的信息系统绩效评价指标体系,探讨如何运用信息系统绩效评价令企业价值最大化。

Abstract
With the development of the economic globalization and the information network, the effect of the information system in enterprises has become more much evident. The information can improve the single functional efficiency; enhance coordination between the local functions. By now it has become the key for enterprises to implement management reform. Therefore, it is clear and urgent to analyze and evaluate the performance of the enterprise information system scientifically and comprehensively.
This article is based on the previous research and reviewed the relevant literature. It combines with qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. Trying to understand the concepts and theories of the value chain and information systems performance, It try to tackle the evaluation method of enterprise information systems performance, which bases on the value chain and information systems performance evaluation index system. In the end, it discusses the application of the evaluation in enterprise information systems performance.
