全球价值链背景下我国制造业的高端化攀升

摘 要
我国自加入WTO以来，凭借着我国劳动力资源丰富这一有利因素，顺利完成了从农业大国向制造业大国的过渡。随着国际经济环境的转变，传统的依靠劳动密集型产品以及价格策略的经济模式已经不合时宜了，我国的制造业出现了前所未有的弊端。制造业高利润环节，例如研发、销售等环节掌握在发达的国家手中，而利润微薄的环节，如加工、组装等制造流程则由发展中国家进行！探讨发展中国家如何把本国制造业走向高端化是我国经济社会发展中的一个永恒的主题，制造业是我国实现现代化的原动力，更是国家实力的支柱，走出一条高端的制造业道路对于我国未来的经济发展具有战略意义！
本文具体分析了新形势下我国制造业发展的现状及其制约其向高端化发展的影响因素，从全球价值链的角度就我国制造业高端化攀升,从企业与政府两个方面提出对策。并结合相关的数学统计图形，如，折线图、条形图、饼形图等数学工具，直观地反应了我国制造业的发展现状。本文从宏观以及微观角度出发，有针对地就制约因素提出了解决我国制造业发展困境的相关策略，文章最后认为，制造业要向高端化攀升的关键是企业要充分利用自身资源，加大研发力度，政府部门要给与政策引导与扶持。

Abstract
China since its accession to the WTO, by virtue of our abundant labor resources and a favorable factor for the successful completion of the transition from large agricultural country to thebig manufacturing country. with changes in the international economic environment, the traditional economic models rely on labor-intensive products, and pricing strategy is outdated, and disadvantages of Chines manufacturing  industryhas been unprecedented. Manufacturing high profit areas, such as R & D, sales and other aspects of the hands of developed  countries in the hands of the profits to the link, such as research and development, sales and other links in developed countries the hands, and the meager profits of the link, such as the processing assembly and other manufacturing processes by developing countries! Discussion on how to put the national manufacturing industry developing towards the high end of economic and social development in China is an eternal theme in the manufacturing industry, Chinese modernization is the driving force, is the national strength of pillar, walk out of a high-end manufacturing road for China's future economic development has strategic sense!
This paper analyses the new situation of China's manufacture industry development present situation and restrict its to the development of high- end factors, From the angle of global value catenary with respect to our country manufacturing industry high rise, from enterprise and government two respects put forward countermeasures,combining the related mathematical statistical graphics, such as, line graph, bar graph, pie chart mathematical tools such as visual responses, our country manufacturing industry development present situation. The article from macroscopical and microcosmic point of view, the restricted factors are put forward to solve our country manufacturing industry development plight of the relevant strategy, the article thinks finally, manufacturing to high-end rise is the key to government departments to give relevant policy guidance and support.
