土耳其对华反倾销的分析

摘    要
在土耳其对我国发起的反倾销诉讼中，无论案件数量还是涉案金额，所占比重都处于其国内反倾销诉讼的首位。本文针对土耳其对华发起反倾销诉讼案件的数量特征及原因，运用数据统计的方法，主要从土耳其对华反倾销的数量、行业分布、结案特征这三个方面进行对比分析。分析发现中国是土耳其发起反倾销诉讼的第一目标国，对华反倾销的行业主要集中在轻工、化学及化工制品、纺织品及鞋类制品等行业，对华反倾销执行率非常高并大部分以征收从量税作为结案措施。最后，提出了土耳其对华反倾销的几点应对措施，加强与保护我国对土耳其的进出口贸易。

Abstract
In the anti-dumping lawsuit between Turkey and China, regardless of the number of cases or the amount of money involved in cases plays an important role in the domestic anti-dumping lawsuit. This paper analyze the number of Turkey's anti-dumping， industry distribution and characteristics of the case， using the method of statistics to analyzed these three aspects from the number of Turkey's anti-dumping industry distribution and characteristics of the case. It is indicated that Turkey positioned China as the first target country of initiating anti-dumping lawsuits, and the lawsuits which are concentrated in light industry, chemical and chemical products textiles and footwear and other industries. The implementation rate of closing the case is very high with imposed specific duty. At last, in order to strengthen and protect the trade between China and Turkey, some measure of Turkey's anti-dumping are proposed in this paper.
