福费廷在我国的发展及对策

摘    要

20世纪40年代后期开始，福费廷业务首次在历史舞台上亮相。随着全球经济的不断的深入发展。世界各国之间的贸易流量越来越大，福费廷的出现对世界贸易的发展和促进经济的交流起了非常重要的作用。福费廷业务因为其是一种融资面额大，手续快速便捷的融资优势，对提升我国政策性银行和商业银行的竞争力、优化出口商品结构、对于推进我国金融业的国际地位有十分重要的意义。为此，我国必须完善票据市场、建立健全法律机制、改变营销观念、健全内部管理和提升风险调控能力、加大业务宣传和人才的培养，增强金融从业能力，从而不断扩大对外出口，增强我国经济实力。

Abstract
In the later period of 1940s, the forfaiting business was founded. With the in-depth development of global economic integration, Forfeiting financing an active role in international trade has been the extensive attention of the international financial industry. Forfaiting business because it is a kind of financing amount big, fast and convenient advantage of financing of the procedures, to improve our policy banks and commercial banks competitiveness, optimizing the structure of export commodities, to advancing our country financial industry's international status has very important significance. Thence, our country’s commercial bank must do more things to improve the paper market, make a sound legal system, change the market concept, improve the inner management, construct the risk regulation mechanism, increase the promotion of service and train the professional people. So positively develop the forfaiting, in order to advance the forfaiting business in our country.
