温州借贷危机的剖析及启示

摘要
2011年下半年温州爆发借贷危机，温州许多企业倒闭、员工欠薪、老板因负债累累而跑路或自杀，并迅速波及到内蒙古的鄂尔多斯、山西、珠江三角洲，这场危机俨然成为全国人民的热点话题。
对此，本文对温州的借贷危机进行详细的剖析研究。首先，介绍温州发生借贷危机的始末，概括这场危机的特点。然后，在具体研究下得出温州发生借贷危机的原因，包括温州民营经济与民间借贷息息相关、“旧温州模式”下民营企业利润低微导致受高利贷诱惑资金外流呈“产业空心化”、温州企业陷入“两难”处境。最后，通过比较江门与温州在民营经济和民间借贷上的差异，得出温州借贷危机对江门经济发展的启示：要避免这场危机或以后更多的挑战，最重要的是企业生存模式的改变。

Abstract
A private lending crisis hit in Wenzhou from the second half of 2011. Because of the crisis, there were many companies closing down. The employers escaped or commit suicide due to a huge debt and their employees could not get back the salary. In the same time, its influence quickly spread to Erdos, Shanxi, Pearl River Delta region. This crisis seems to be a topical issue in China.
Therefore, this thesis researches and analyses the private lending crisis detailedly. Firstly, it introduces the whole story of the private lending crisis and summarizes the characteristics of the crisis. Secondly, after analyzing crisis, it comes to conclusions: Wenzhou’s private economy has a closed relationship with private lending; under the “Old Wenzhou Model”, the profit of private enterprises is so low that overflows the enterprises’ capital; Wenzhou enterprises get into dilemmas on capital. Thirdly, through the comparison of similarities and difference between Jiangmen and Wenzhou in the situation of private economy and private lending, it comes out enlightenment to Jiangmen development: it is time for enterprises to change the development model in order to avoid the lending crisis and the challenge in the future.
