创文明城市对城市经济发展的促进效应分析摘 要
城市的发展是经济发展和社会进步的重要标志。目前，我国正处于加快推进现代化的历史阶段。因此，要求现代城市既要有发达的经济，也要有高度的文明，而创建全国文明城市则符合了这一要求。它包含了三个文明所有的内涵，是物质文明、政治文明、精神文明的和谐统一体，中央文明办确定的全国文明城市的主要内容，始终贯穿着发展这个主题，体现着发展这个本质要求。发展是硬道理、硬任务，是实现三个文明的协调发展的关键，是创建全国文明城市的基础。本文利用了文献研究法、个案研究法、描述性研究法、思维方法等论文研究方法，对有关资料进行了分类筛选，对突出的案例进行了深入的思考分析，认为，由于创文能调动政府和人民提高城市硬实力和软实力的积极性，所以创文以发展为基础，能促进城市经济的发展。接下来，本文将进一步分析创文对城市经济发展的促进效应。

Abstract
The development of a city is an important sign of economic development and social progress. At present, our country is in the historic stage of accelerating the advance of socialist modernization. So, the Modern city should not only with developed economy, but a superior civilization, and establishing National Civilized City is in line with this requirement, it contains all connotations of the Civilizations three, and it's the harmonious whole of material civilization, political civilization and spiritual civilization. The central civilization office determined the main content of national civilized city that it always runs through the theme of development and reflects the essential requirement of it. Development is the fundamental principle, it's the crux that the Civilizations three to coordinatively develop, as the foundation of establishing National Civilized City. In this paper, any research methods like documentation method, case study method, descriptive research and thinking method were used for relevant data’s classification screening and some typical case’s thorough thinking . And this paper argues that establishing National Civilized City can stimulate the initiative of the government and population to improve city’s soft power and hard power, so it can promote the economic development of a city. In the following, this paper will further analyze establishing National Civilized City’s accelerating effects on city economic development.
