近几年，在国家大力发展高新技术产业及其政策法规的推动下，创业投资成为我国经济发展中一个新的热点。
而创业型企业大多是高成长性企业，它以人力资本、知识资本为核心资源，具有高风险、高投入、高成长、经营灵活等特点，这些内在特性决定了创业型企业较之其它类型企业更适合推行股权激励制度。本文将对创业型企业如何实施股权激励进行分析和研究。

Abstract: In recent years, with development of hi-tech industries and the promotion of policies and regulations, venture capital investments become a new hot spot in China's economic development. Entrepreneurial enterprises are mostly high-growth enterprises. Human capital and knowledge capital are their core resources. They have characteristics of high-risk, high input, high growth and operating flexible. These inherent characteristics suggest that entrepreneurial enterprises are more suitable for the implementation of equity incentive systems than other types of business enterprises. This paper will analysis and research how to implement the incentive equity for venture enterprises.
