摘要:我国的物业管理经过20多年的成长历程,管理和制度虽在不断完善,但其中也暴露出大量值得深思的问题,人才匮乏、管理不善等一直是制约我国物业管理长足发展的重要因素。伴随着我国经济的快速发展,人们对生活质量要求不断提高,使得市场对物业管理行业提出了新的发展要求,如何不断优化物业企业的服务,以适应市场需求成为行业的重中之重。因此,以人为本,进一步提高物业服务水平,不断增强客户满意度,是物业管理企业继续生存发展的基础。

Views on the Improvement of Property Management service

Abstract: Going through 20 years’ growth process, China’s property management have gained continuous improvement on the aspect of management and system, but at the same time it also exposed a large number of issues which are worth of us thoughtful. There are many important factors which have been restricting the rapid development of property management, such as the lack of personnel, poor management and so on. Along with China’s rapid economic development, people have increasing demands on the quality of life, that makes the market propose new development requirements of the property management industry, and it has become the industry's top priority to optimize the property business services to meet market demand. Therefore, it is the base of the continued survival and development of property management companies to keep the aim of people-oriented and further enhance their service levels to work on the customer satisfaction.
