业主与物业管理公司关系共存的探讨

摘要：近年来，物业管理行业迅猛发展，随之而来出现了一些问题，主要表现在业主对物业公司提供的服务不够满意，物业纠纷时有发生。因此，及时对协调物业管理公司与业主关系研究是物业管理公司经营发展必不可少的内容。本文首先简要介绍了物业管理公司和业主及物业管理公司与业主各自的权益，然后分析了物业管理公司和业主之间的关系和物业管理活动中存在的问题，最后探讨了协调好物业管理公司与业主关系的方法。

Owner and property management company to discuss the relation

Abstract: in recent years the rapid development, property management industry, along with some problems have arisen, mainly displays in owner to the property company provides services not satisfied, property disputes occur frequently. Therefore, to coordinate the property management company in time with the owner relations are property management company business development indispensable content. This paper first introduces what is property management company and owner, then introduces the definition of property management company and owner of coexistence between principal-agent relationship, finally discusses coordination property management company and owner of the methods coexist relationship.
