从苏共亡党看党的民主集中制建设的重要性

摘  要：苏共亡党有许多教训，特别是党的民主集中制没有建设好，这是导致苏共亡党的一个致命原因。民主集中制的党的根本组织原则，只有加强民主集中制，积极发展党内民主，通过党内民主带动人民民主，我们党才能经受得起各种考验。党的十七届四中全会作出了党在新形势下加强和改进党的建设的若干重大问题的决定，彰显了我们党不断加强民主集中制建设的决心和信心。2011年将是苏联解体和苏共亡党20年，重新审视苏共亡党的教训，必将对我们党在新形势下进一步加强和改进民主集中制、巩固党的执政基础、建设和谐社会产生重要作用。

On Functions of Constructing Democratic Centralism of the Party in Perspective of Party Destruction of Soviet Communist
----a Sacrifice to Party Destruction of Soviet Communist
 
Abstract: There are many lessons to learn from the party destruction of the Soviet Communist, among which the improper construction of democratic centralism is one of the fatal factors. The democratic centralism is a fundamental principle for the party organization. Only when the democratic centralism has been strengthened, when the democracy within the Party has been developed and when the democracy for the people has been activated through the democracy within the Party can the Chinese Communist Party endure different kinds of tests. The decisions made at the 4th Plenary Session of the 17th Party Congress of Chinese Communist to strengthen and improve the construction of the Party demonstrate the determination and confidence of the Party to strengthen the construction of democratic centralism. In 2011 there will be 20 years since the party destruction of the Soviet Communist. To re-examine the lessons from the party destruction of the Soviet Communist is significant for the Chinese Communist Party to further improve the democratic centralism and to consolidate the reigning foundation as well as to build a harmonious society in the new situation.
