【内容摘要】

工业产品的质量,是衡量一个国家生产力发展水平、技术和经济水平的重要标志。钢结构材料的质量问题更是我国建筑业、制造业能否持续和快速发展的关键因素。

以“鸟巢”、“水立方”等为代表的奥运场馆建筑,以及各地无数挺拔壮观的,标志性的钢结构建筑,如+国家大剧院、央视新台址、上海环球以及广州的电视塔,西塔等,正受到社会各方面的极大关注,获得了国内外广泛的肯定和热情的赞誉。这些建筑的主体就是大量的钢结构材料,钢结构制造业作为新型制造业在国民经济建设中发挥着日益重要的作用,近十年钢结构行业的技术水平、生产规模及市场拓展取得了快速发展。但是我国钢结构制造技术与发达国家相比还有一定差距,如何应对缩小钢结构材料质量领域的差距,是中国工业化、城市化、现代化建设必须解决的问题。
提高钢结构材料的质量水平可以通过研究新型钢材和提高生产制造水平等措施来施行,但更有效的是提高企业整个的质量管理水平。质量管理是在质量方面指挥和控制组织的协调活动,通常包括制定质量方针、目标以及质量策划、质量控制、质量保证和质量改进等活动。实现质量管理的方针目标,有效地开展各项质量管理活动,必须建立相应的管理体系。质量管理体系是指企业内部建立的、为保证产品质量或质量目标所必需的、系统的质量活动。它根据企业特点选用若干体系要素加以组合,加强从设计研制、生产、检验、销售、使用全过程的质量管理活动,并予制度化、标准化,成为企业内部质量工伯的要求和活动程序。在现代企业管理中,ISO9001:2008是企业普遍采用的质量管理体系。现依据ISO9001:2008《质量管理体系——要求》编制完成了《质量管理手册》。

Abstract

The quality of industrial products is the important symbol of a country's productivity level, technical and economic level. The quality of steel materials is the key factors of construction,manufacturing whether or not Sustained and rapid development in our country. The "Bird's Nest" and "Water Cube" as the representative of building Olympic venues, and the numerous tall and straight across the spectacular, iconic steel construction. Such as the National Grand Theater, CCTV New Station, Shanghai and Guangzhou Global Tower, West Tower, etc,are being of great concern to all sectors of society, access to the extensive domestic and international recognition and enthusiastic praise. The main building is the large number of steel materials, steel structure manufacturing industry as a new manufacturing building playing an increasingly important role in the national economy. The technical level , production scale and market development of steel industry has made rapid development in recent years. but the steel manufacturing technology in China still have lags far behind the developed countries. how to deal with narrowing the gap between the quality of steel materials is China's industrialization , urbanization, modernization must be addressed.
Through research of new steel products and increase production levels other measures to improve the quality level of steel materials, but more effective is to improve the quality of management across the enterprise. Quality management is some coordinating activities of command’s quality and control organizations, usually including the development of quality policy, objectives, and quality planning, quality control, quality assurance, and quality improvement . We must establish the appropriate management system to achieve the policy objectives of the quality management, effective implementation of the various quality management activities. Quality management system is a systematic Enterprise established quality activities in order to ensure product quality or necessary quality goals. It is based on enterprise characteristics and the Combination of several system elements to strengthen the design development, production, testing, marketing and utilization of quality management activities, and to be the institutionalization, standardization and internal quality work’s requirements and activity programs. ISO9001: 2008 is the company's quality management system widely used In the modern enterprise management. "Quality Management Manual" had been completed  on the basis of  ISO9001: 2008 "Quality Management Systems - Requirements"
