World is full of changes, he wheel of history of science and technology rolls forward t, the world economy is changing. the standard We have set is constant, in order to adapt to new changes in the economy, we must the standard with the time. some areas in 2000 ISO9001 standard no longer meet the situation after 8, 2008 version of ISO9001 standard also emerged, eight years of economic change is limited, the standard 2008 version of ISO9001 standard also do not have much changes which is in the substance. 2000 ISO9001 standard based on the 1994 merger of ISO9001, ISO9002, ISO9003 so quite big changes .ISO9001 standard with 2000 compared to 2008 on the ISO9000 series standard :language there are a sea of changes in language; More rigorous logic, more precise definition; details of the description is more complete; more versatility and maneuverability ; more emphasis on the leadership role of top leadership; more customer satisfaction and continuous improvement; more emphasis on effectiveness of the system, to meet customer needs and continuous improvement of the content; also be able to better guide the practice of today's economy, promote social progress.
