论云南民营企业的可持续发展战略

[摘 要]企业战略是企业面对激烈的市场变化和严峻的竞争与挑战的环境，为谋求长期生存和不断发展而制定整体性、长远性、基本性和谋略性的总体性谋划，是企业长远发展的必然选择。有着丰富自然资源和区位优势的云南民营企业有着广阔的发展空间，然而云南民企由于缺乏企业发展战略的规划，仍缓慢的前进着。本文以此为研究点先从云南民营企业发展的现状、面临的困境做分析，并从可持续发展的角度、提出发展的建议，最后以实证分析来说明云南民营企业结合实际情况来制定可持续发展战略是企业长远发展的必然选择。

On Sustainable Development Strategy of the Enterprises in Yunnan Province
 
Abstract: Enterprise strategy is when the enterprise face the enviorment of fierce market changes and serious competition and challenge, formulate the overall planning of integrity,long-term,fundamentality,strategic in order to seek long-term survival and continued development, is an inevitable choice for the enterprise’s long-term development. The private enterprises in Yunnan province which with rich in natural resources and regional advantages of private enterprises in Yunnan Province has a broad space for development, however, due to the lack of enterprise development strategy planning, the private enterprises’ progress in Yunnan Province is still slow.This article take this as research,first start studying the present situation of private enterprises’development in Yunnan Province.Then analyze the faced difierenties and proposed proposed the development strategy from the perspective of sustainable development.Finally , it is intevitable choice that the private enterprises in Yunnan Province perform strategy of sustainable development by examples.
