食品行业危机预警及其应对策略


[摘 要] 我国目前食品行业安全形势严峻。从当前看来,引起食品行业安全事故频发的主要原因有:行业内各大中小企业自立性不足,社会责任感明显缺乏;政府监管力度不足;相关法律法规制定仍有缺陷和漏洞;社会参与程度不足,消费者知情权未得到有效保护且未建立食品安全意识。无论是企业的危机还是公共危机,都应该把重点放在潜伏阶段,尽量把损失和危机制止在萌芽阶段。我认为应在以下几个方面采取应对措施:完善企业内部危机预警意识;建立和完善我国食品安全保障体系;逐步建立和完善我国食品安全保障法律体系;完善政府部门监管;提高消费者的食品安全认知和自我保护能力。从以上几个方面,促进我国食品安全水平的全面提高。

The Early-warning of the Crisis of the Food Industry and Its Coping Strategies
 
Abstract:The food industry in China is in a serious security situation.From the current view, the main reasons for the accidents of the food industry are: the lackness of self-reliance of the industry, the apparent lackness of the sense of social responsibility; the lackness of government supervision; there are still shortcomings and gaps of relevant laws and regulations; social inadequation of participation, the right to know of the consumers have not received effective protection of and the cosumers have not estabilished the food safety awareness. Whether the crisis is a enterprise crisis or a public crises,we should focus on the incubation period and take preventive measures, as far as possible to stop the losses in its incubation period.I think we should take the following measures: improve the internal enterprises awareness of early warning; estabilish and profect China's food safety system; gradually establish and perfect the legal protection of China's food safety system; improve the supervision of government departments; enhance the safety cognitive ability and self-protection of the consumers. From the above aspects, I believe we can increase the promotion of China's food safety level across the board.
