xx动物药业公司员工绩效考核方案研究
[摘 要]随着全球经济一体化时代的到来,企业之间竞争的范围迅速扩大,有效管理人力资源已经成为企业获取竞争优势的重要途径。而对人力资源有效管理的关键是绩效管理,在企业中建立合理的绩效考评体系是进行绩效管理的最有效途径。但是,如何正确对绩效考评进行定位,建立一套适合本企业的绩效考评体系,不仅是国外企业在人力资源管理领域最棘手的问题,也是国内企业探索多年至今仍未很好解决的难题。
本文以河南欣农公司为研究对象,结合自己对绩效考核理论的认识,剖析了公司业务部门绩效考核中存在的缺乏沟通、人力资源管理观念落后、考核体系不完善等问题。运用360度绩效考核方法为欣农公司的绩效考核现状提出了绩效考核方案,包括明确绩效考核的目标、完善绩效考核流程、确定绩效考核周期、绩效考核主体设计、绩效考核结果的实施和反馈等。希望这一改进能对公司的发展起到借鉴作用。

Abstract: With the arrival of the era of global economic integration, the competition between enterprises range expanded rapidly, effective management of human resources has become enterprise organization is an important way to obtain competitive advantage. And the effective management of human resource is the key performance management in enterprise performance evaluation system of establishing reasonable is the most effective way to performance management. However, how to correct localization of performance evaluation, and to establish a set of suitable for this enterprise performance evaluation system, not only is the overseas enterprise in the human resources management field, but also the most difficult problems of domestic enterprise explore years has not been very good solve problems. Especially for sales enterprises of company employees exists flowing frequently the problem of low, the comprehensive quality, how to effectively manage to company talent assessment, become enterprise managers and the focus of attention.
   Taking Henan Xinnong company as the research object, the combination of performance assessment theory to know, analyzes the company business department of performance assessment exist in a lack of communication, human resources management concepts backward, evaluation system is not perfected etc. Using 360-degree performance evaluation methods for the farmers company performance assessment hinton current performance assessment scheme proposed, including clear of performance appraisal target, and improve the performance appraisal process, determine the performance evaluation cycles, performance appraisal body design, performance appraisal result implementation and feedback. Hope this improvement can be used for reference in the development of the company.
