企业人才招聘现状及趋势分析——以青岛华欧集团为例 摘要：随着经济社会的日益发展和人才市场竞争的日益激烈，现代企业战略发展的每个阶段都离不开人才的支持，人才招聘也早已被企业视为实现企业长远发展的重要环节。然而，企业人才招聘过程中还存在着各种各样的问题。招聘体系不完善，招聘标准不合理，招聘手段不科学，招聘渠道过于单一，招聘成本高、效率低、周期短，没有一个合理的人才储备体系，导致招聘到的人才再次流失，这些都是目前大多数企业的招聘现状。本文通过对青岛华欧集团人才招聘过程的研究，分析企业招聘现状，并针对招聘中出现的问题提出自己的改进意见，研究企业人才招聘的未来发展趋势，希望为提高企业招聘的效率做出努力。 关键词：现代企业；人才招聘；招聘现状 Analysis on Corporate Recruitment of Current Situation and Trends ——With the Hua Ou group of QingDao for Example Abstract：Along with the development of economic society and talents of the increasingiy fierce market competition,the modern enterprise strategic development of each stage is inseparable from the qualified talents for support,and recruiting talents also has already been regarded as the important link of realizing the long development of the enterprise.However,during the enterprise recruitment process,there are all kinds of problems.The recruitment system is not perfected.The recruitment standards is not reasonable.The recruitment means is not scientific. The recruitment channels are too onefold. The enterprise did not have a rational talent of the reserve system, together with high employment cost, low efficiency and short cycle, which eventually led to the loss of hiring people again. These are the recruitment status of the most current enterprises.Through studying the Hua Ou group of QingDao’s talent recruitment process, This article analyzes the present recruitment status for the most enterprises, and put forward my own solutions in the light of the problem of recruitment.Besides,This paper also studies the recruitment enterprise development trends,and I hope to improve the efficiency of the enterprise recruitment though my efforts.
