xx商业住宅二期工程项目施工合同风险管理研究
工程合同管理是建筑施工企业在市场竞争条件下承揽工程的重要管理环节，加强合同的风险管理是保障企业利益的重要手段之一，对增加收益、减少损失都有着重要意义。本文首先对工程合同风险的内涵、特点、表现形式以及导致工程合同风险的主要因素进行了论述，接着就工程合同风险的识别问题进行了研究，阐述了工程合同风险出现的主要方面，同时介绍了几种对工程合同风险的分析方法。
本文结合文祥豪府二期工程项目施工合同的合同风险进行了分析与研究，主要通过头脑风暴法和专家调查法对工程项目活动中涉及到的风险进行识别，评估并制定相应的策略，提出应对措施，这有助于增强建设工程合同有关各方对个同风险的认识，最大限度的避免或减少风险事件所造成的实际效益与预期效益的偏高，安全的实现工程项目的总目标。

Research on Construction Contract Risk Management of Wenxiang-Haofu Phase Ⅱ Project
Abstract
For construction enterprises, engineering contract management is a important projects contracting management processes in market competition conditions. Strengthening the contract risk management is an important means to protect enterprises interests. It has important significance to increase revenue and reduce losses. In this paper，the content, characteristics and manifestation of engineering contract risk and cause the main factor of engineering contract risk is elaborated. Carried on a search for the identification of engineering contract risk. Elaborate the engineering contract risk appears of main aspect. Introduced an analytical method of a few kinds to engineering contract risk at the same time.
In this paper,Wenxiang-Haofu Phase Ⅱ project’s contract risks construction contract is analyzed and studied. Engineering project risk management is the project activities related to risk identification, Evaluate and make corresponding strategies, Help to improve the construction project contract to a relevant parties with understanding of the risk, The maximum to avoid or minimize risk events with the actual benefit caused the anticipated profits high, The realization of the project safety total goal.
