菏泽地区物流人才供需现状及对策研究 摘要：20世纪80年代以来，随着各项基础设施的完善，经济结构的调整，我国已经具备了发展现代物流业的条件。然而，物流人才短缺特别是是高级物流人才的短缺严重制约了物流业的进一步发展。物流人才短缺已成为物流业发展的瓶颈。如何建设具有菏泽特色的人才供需机制，如何缓解物流短缺为菏泽现代物流的发展奠定扎实的基础。本文对菏泽地区物流人才发展现状进行分析，寻找菏泽地区物流人才供需中的问题，针对问题提出自己的观点。 关键词： 物流人才 现状 对策 Abstract：Since the 1980s, along with the improvement of the infrastructure and the adjustment of economic structure, our country has the condition of developing modern logistics industry. However, logistics talents shortage especially senior logistics talents shortages have restricted the further development of the logistics industry. Logistics talent shortage has become the bottleneck of the development of logistics industry. Therefore, how to build the Heze characteristic talent supply and demand mechanism and how to ease logistics shortage have laid the solid foundation for the development of Heze modern logistics. This study analyses the current situation of the development of the logistics personnel in Heze and puts forward the solution to the problem through logistics talent demand and supply problems in Heze.
