【内容摘要】

大学生教学满意度测评研究及实证分析目前,我国的高等教育由精英化转变为大众化,高等教育逐步市场化,高校间争夺生源的竞争日益激烈。高校作为教育服务的提供者,学生作为教育的消费者,其满意度水平直接影响高校的竞争力。随着我国教育事业的发展,教育体制改革的深化,大学生教学满意度的研究也越来越受到社会各界的重视。所以,大学生的教学满意度的测评不仅是高等学校教学质量监控体系的重要组成部分,也是高校教学管理的重要内容。 对大学生教学满意度进行研究有利于明确高校在教育教学方面的不足,以便高校迅速捕捉市场信息,满足学生的消费需求,为学生提供更优质的教学服务;有利于对教师的教学效果进行科学地评估,从而提高教师教学的积极性;有利于学生自身的发展,提高综合竞争力。 本文借鉴国内外大学生满意度的研究成果,结合实际,总结归纳了大学生教学满意度的影响因素,形成了七级李克特量表,并对量表进行信度和效度分析来检验其合理性。采用分层抽样,选取130名学生作为样本,在描述性分析的基础上,分别运用多元加权线性估计和模糊综合分析法对教学满意度的影响因素进行测评,得到各影响因素的满意度水平,最后根据测评结果提出提高教学满意度的对策,希望为学校管理部门提供一些有价值的参考。 关键词:大学生教学满意度,指标体系,信度效度分析,模糊综合分析法 Students teaching satisfaction measurement and empirical analysis Abstract At present, our country’s higher education has changed from the elite transition for the popularization, gradually the higher education turning to market-oriented, so universities for students compete fiercely. College as education providers, students as education consumer, the satisfaction level directly influences on college competitiveness. Along with the development of the education in our country, and the deepening of the reform of the education system, college students’ teaching satisfaction study has caused more and more attention by the community. Therefore, the teaching satisfaction survey of college students is not only an important part of the Teaching Quality Control system, is also an important part of teaching management. Research on teaching and satisfaction of college students have the clear lack of college education and teaching, so as to colleges quickly capture market information to meet consumption demand of the students, to provide better educational services for students; helping to evaluate teachers’ teaching effect, thereby improving the enthusiasm of teachers’ teaching; being conducive to the development of students, and improving the comprehensive competitive power. This article drawing on the research result of the domestic and foreign college students’ satisfaction, combined with practical, summarizes the impact of college students teaching satisfaction factors, and finally forms the seventh Likert scale, and through reliability and validity analysis to test its rationality. Stratified sampling to select 130 students as samples, on the basis of the descriptive analysis, we use multivariate weighted linear estimation and fuzzy comprehensive analysis to evaluate the influence factors of the teaching satisfaction, and get the satisfaction levels, finally according to the evaluation result we put forward the countermeasures to improve the teaching satisfaction, hoping to provide some valuable reference for the school administration.
