在当代中国，国有企业是我国经济的根本。从定义上看，“国企改革”：首先是“国家”要改革，然后才是“企业”要改革。企业的改革主要是企业自身的改革，而国家的改革则主要是对传统体制遗留下来的政企不分的改革，也就是根据建立社会主义市场经济体制的根本要求，以及对国家与企业的关系进行实质性的重大改革与调整。我们国家几代领导人都对国企的改革进行过深入的探讨，但是显著性的成就还没体现出来。国有企业不是一个完善的经济实体，它还存在许多亟待解决的问题，如何完善对国企的改革，关系到我国经济的健康稳定发展。所以，国企的改革刻不容缓。对于国企的改革，本文也作一点探讨。

In Contemporary China, the State-owned business is our country economy basis. From the definition, “state enterprise reform”: First is “the country” must reform, is “the enterprise” must reform. Enterprise's reform is mainly enterprise own reform, but the national reform is mainly the without a clear line between the functions of the government and enterprises reform which leaves behind to the traditional system, is also according to the establishment socialist market economic system's basic request, as well as carries on the substantive important reforms and the adjustment to national and enterprise's relations. Our country several generation of leaders have carried on the thorough discussion to state-owned enterprise's reform, but the significance achievement has not manifested. The State-owned business is not a perfect economic entity, it also has the problem which many urgently await to be solved, how to consummate to state-owned enterprise's reform, relates our country economy the health steady progression. Therefore, state-owned enterprise's reform is urgent. Regarding state-owned enterprise's reform, this article also makes a discussion.
