Now the society, the Earth already becomes a village, the world economics also becomes a community economy. Various countries' economy close relates while together, the world economics main body destiny is also closely linked. Will tend along with the global economic the integrated development, the world division of labor will be getting more and more thin, day by day will be also intense in each domain's market competition, the enterprise profit space will be able getting smaller. In a country, enterprise's living environment is almost the same. In this case, enterprise's competition materially is also the private costs level competition, the cost level height is deciding an enterprise profit ability size and the competitive ability strong and the weak directly, thus is deciding enterprise's survival and the development finally. Therefore the cost question will be the enterprise destiny key, will control the good cost to be able to occupy the market dominant position.
