随着全球化经济的发展,人们对强化企业管理的问题从多个方面进行了反复探讨和研究,例如注重了节约材料、改善生产力、提高产品质量,然而还不够重视对企业的现场管理的研究,致使现场人员是企业管理中一个比较薄弱的环节。我国的民营企业大多是中小企业,为了使其产品在激烈的竞争市场中占有一席之地,强化企业的产品质量和降低成本、提高企业核心竞争力已经成为企业界的共识,其中企业的现场人员也是关键要素之一。企业通过精益的现场人员,不断提高企业的整体效益,企业才能在保证质量的同时,确保企业的生产成本在同行业中保持优势,使企业在市场竞争中立于较高的起点。本文结合mba汽车模具有限公司现场人员的分配的实际情况,从现场人员的思想分析入手,从整体上把握现场管理系统构成,并通过自己在企业生产实习所了解得到的资料和结合所学专业知识来分析研究,阐述自己的观点。并重点分析目标企业如何进行现场人员调配的改善,对推行5S管理、定置管理人—机作业分析和TPM活动进行研究。企业构筑防患于未然的机制,提高生产效率,改善企业经营管理,增强企业竞争力。本文结合理论和实践,阐述现场管理在企业管理中的重要性,并根据本人在目标企业进行现场生产实习中发现的一些问题,提出自己的观点和建议,希望对企业能有参考价值。

The optimization allocation of field personnel of the Tianjin Auto mould shares Company(the Branch of Within Plate Company)

 ABSTRACT

 With the development of economic globalization, people have repeatedly explored and studied from many aspects to strengthen the business management such as saving material, improving productivity, improving product quality. However, the spot management of the enterprises has not paid enough attention to research, so it is a relatively weak link in the management of enterprises. Our country's private enterprises, especially small and medium-sized plants such as energy equipment business,they have strengthened their product quality and reduced costs and improved the core competitiveness of enterprises , in order to make their products holding a small place in the fierce market competition. And that have become the consensus of the business community, and enterprises’ spot management is one of essential factors. Enterprises through the lean spot management, and continuously improve the overall efficiency of enterprises. At the same time, the enterprise could ensure quality of production and lower productive cost, keep higher jumping-off point. This thesis is studied based on the actual condition of the Tianjin Auto mould shares Company business,starting with the concept of Locale improvement, grasp the whole spot management system, and then sum up my own viewpoint, based on my productive practice. This thesis mainly analyzes the target enterprise on how to practice Locale improvement and studies the 5S management, the fixed Position management People - machine operation analysis Human Factors Engineering and TPM action based on the improvement activity, builds the nip in the bud system, reducing the costing, increasing the productivity, improving the management and enhancing the competition. This thesis expounds the importance of spot management in enterprise management from the theory to practice. According to those questions which are found in the management, I give some opinions and suggestions. I hope that it is valuable for the enterprises in our country.
