基于目视管理的大学校园交通标志系统研究

近几年来，我国高等教育事业飞速发展，大学校园扩建也在各地展开，但是，发展中也存在着一些问题，各地大学校园普遍存在着交通标志不完善的现象。一方面，校园交通标志系统不完善，造成进入校园者寻路难；另一方面，随着经济的发展，校园机动化水平不断提升，交通标志系统不完善为校园带来安全问题、污染问题、噪声问题、乱停问题，这不能不引起人们的关注。而校内的相应管理却存在着不足，如缺乏交通限制、停车管理，交通标志设置不明确等，迫切需要采取相应的措施缓解校园交通矛盾，创造和谐的校园。构建可视化的大学校园交通标志系统，一方面为行路者提供方向指导，同时规范车辆、行人的行为，再次,注重其与校园环境的协调，达到创建和谐的校园交通的目的，是有其现实意义的。本文首先明确了目视管理、交通、标志等概念，指出大学校园交通标志是可视化校园交通管理的重要手段；其次，提出大学校园交通标志系统的概念，并指出其规划方法、原则和步骤；再次，就大学校园交通标志的设计中的版面尺寸等相关技术指标进行了分析；最后针对天津理工大学主校区存在的交通标志设置状况进行了调查分析，针对其标志设置的不完善，提出了改进方案。

A Visually-based Research on Campus Traffic Sign System

ABSTRACT

The higher education cause in China has been developing rapidly recent years, and campus construction followed this trend in many provinces. But there existing some problems in this development such as the universal lack of campus traffic signs, which poses difficulties to people who come to campus for the first time. With the development of economy ,campus’s motorized level keeps rising, and the lack of traffic sign brings traffic unsafety, pollution, noises to campus, to which people should pay attention. Because traffic regulation measures are inabundant in many campuses, so it is urgent to take action to tackle these issues. Visual traffic signs can be introduced to give pedestrians direction and regulate vehicles to contribute to a harmony and healthy campus traffic environment. This paper firstly introduces the definitions of visual management、traffic and sign, then states the significance of campus traffic signs; secondly, this paper discusses the planning methodologies、principles and procedures of campus traffic sign system; thirdly, this paper addresses the design of traffic sign; in the last ,this paper presents a plan for the arrangement of traffic signs in Tianjin University of Technology Zhuxiaoqu.
