以赏识教育为载体,促进后进生心理健康赏识教育指在教育教学过程中,对学生的进步与成功予以重视和赞扬的教育。后进生始终是教育教学中存在的现象,也是教学中比较棘手的问题,然而,赏识教育为我们转化后进生提供了一些重要依据,是开启后进生心灵的钥匙。赏识教育不仅是一种教育理念,也可以作为一种教育教学手段运用于教学中,对我们更新教育理念,积极探索教育教学改革特别是转化后进生问题上有其特殊意义。实践证明以赏识教育为载体,是促进后进生体验成功、 超越自我,不断发展的最佳途径。

Abstract
 The recognition education is refers in the education teaching process,takes student's progress and the success with the praise education.The later generations live always educate the phenomenon which in theteaching exists, also is in the teaching the quite thorny question,however, the recognition education transformed less advanced as uslives has provided some important bases, was opens the less advancedfresh mind the key. The recognition education not only is one kind ofeducation idea, also may take one education teaching method utilizesin the teaching, renews the education idea to us, positively exploresthe education educational reform specially is in the transformed lessadvanced fresh question has its special significance. The practiceproved take recognizes the education as the carrier, is the promotionless advanced lives experiences, successfully superego, the best waywhich unceasingly develops.
