基于计算机和网络技术而兴起的网络文化,日益广泛地渗透到社会生活的各个领域,对人们的思想观念、价值取向、道德意识和行为方式等都产生了重大而深远的影响,
使高校学生思想道德教育面临严峻挑战,同时也拓展了思想道德教育的领域和空间,给高校学生思想道德工作带来了新的发展机遇。本文在分析网络文化的涵义、特点的基础上,重点分析了网络文化下大学生思想道德教育的现状和网络文化对大学生思想道德的影响效果、影响途径及其作用机理,在此基础上提出了网络文化条件下加强和改进大学生思想道德教育的对策。

Abstracts
The cyber culture, thriving on the basis of the computer and cyber technology, has widely penetrated into various fields of our society and thus exerted marked and far-reaching influences on people's morals and ideology, value of life, and behavior and the like. Consequently, it has brought about great challenges to the ideological and political education in colleges and universities, and expanded its educational fields and areas as well. This thesis sets out to analyze the definition, characteristics of cyber culture. Analysis the network focus to college students’ culture on the ideological and moral effects, the impact of means and mechanism, on the basis of this cultural conditions by the network to strengthen and improve ideological and moral education of college students countermeasures
