解决农民医疗保健问题，必须首先弄清农村卫生改革的方向问题，坚持依法办事，强化卫生立法，其次加大农村卫生投入力度，合理布局，统一规划。
THE INNOVATION OF COUNTRYSIDE’S MEDICAL SYSTEM

Abstracts
China is a developing country which has most of countrypeople. It’s important to deepen the innovation of countryside’s medical system and make the countrypeople’s more strong. In 1994, the innovation began at some test units. It began to be extended in 1998 and to be implemented at all countryside in 2000. But, according to the result of the innovation, there are still a lot of questions of countryside’s medical system. The rural medical working needs to be strengthened. To solve these questions, the direction of innovation must be clear firstly and there must be laws to go by. Secondly, there must be unitive planning to execute and expand the investment of rural hygienism.
