网络环境下E-Knowledge服务模式研究
飞速发展的网络技术和现代信息技术给传统的信息服务工作带来了巨大的冲击，探讨网络环境下新的知识服务模式成为现代信息工作的重点。本文概述了E-Knowledge及其服务特征，主要探讨了三类E-Knowledge 服务模式，这包括知识参考咨询服务、个性化定制知识服务和基于新型网络信息交流方式的E-Knowledge 服务。

ABSTRACT
The rapidly developed network techniques and the modern information techniques bring about huge impact to the traditional information services, and the exploring of new knowledge service model under the network environment have become the emphasis of the modern information services. This article provides an overview of E-Knowledge and its service characteristics, and then focuses on three types of E-Knowledge service model, including Knowledge reference service, Customized knowledge services and the e-knowledge service based on the new ways of network information intercommunion.
