人才流失危机管理围绕事前预防、事中控制和事后管理三部分展开，力图构建出符合企业需求的，能切实起到预防并减少因人才流失而引起损失的危机处理体系。

The advent of knowledge-based economy, talent has become the company's most valuable and most important resource, more and more managers realize that talent is the key to the success of future market compete. How to attract and retain qualified personnel, stability, talented people, with good talent, has become more and more the focus of enterprise managers. However, the modern enterprise personnel turnover is high, the brain drain problem has become increasingly prominent, how to avoid or mitigate the damages caused by the brain drain, for possible crises how to implement management is an important issue faced by the enterprises. Therefore, the enterprise risk management study of the brain drain has become necessary.Along with economic globalization, domestic and international competition is becoming increasingly fierce, enterprises are also faced with an increasing number of threats, including the brain drain problem is especially worthy of attention. The competitiveness of enterprises is the competition for talent first, in order to enhance their core competitiveness, improve enterprise cohesion, ownership and retaining talent is a crucial step in. In this paper, possible brain drain crisis situation, explained the reasons for loss of business professionals and crisis management processes. The brain drain crisis management around the ex ante prevention is a matter of control and management of three parts after the start, trying to build up in line with business needs, and can effectively serve to prevent and reduce the brain drain caused by the loss of a crisis management system.
