新军事革命下高校大学生参军的政策建议研究

20世纪80年代以来，以信息技术为核心的高新技术在军事领域上的广泛应用为前提，在全世界范围内掀起了一场波澜壮阔的新军事革命，其实质是把工业时代的适于打机械化战争的机械化军队建设成信息时代的适于打信息化战争的信息化军队。在这场以智能化为特征，以知识为导向的新军事革命进程中，高素质军事人才必然会成为全世界各国军队建设的重点与关键。本文试图通过以新军事革命为研究背景，来进一步强调高校大学生入伍参军的重要性。针对目前征兵工作中存在的问题，结合mba大学历年征兵的实际情况以及对大学生入伍参军的影响因素分析，在广泛阅读文献资料和进行问卷调查的基础上，为征兵工作的顺利开展提出一些建设性的对策。

Abstract
Since the nineteen eighties, with information technology as the core technology in the military field on a wide range of applications for the premise, in the whole world launched a surge high and sweep forward of Revolution in Military Affairs (RMA), its essence is the industrial age is suitable for playing the mechanized war mechanized army building into information age is suitable for playing information war informatization forces. In this field with intelligent features, directed by the knowledge in the process of RMA, military personnel of high quality will become the world army construction key. This paper attempts to use the RMA as the research background, to further emphasize the importance of university students enlisted to join the army. Aiming at the problems existing in the conscription work, combined with the actual situation as well as the Wuyi University over the conscription of university students enlisted to join the army 's influence factor analysis, widely read in literature and questionnaire survey was conducted on the basis of conscription work smoothly, to put forward some constructive countermeasures.
