广东省高校行政管理专业课程设计差异比较


行政管理专业的培养目标是培养具有扎实的现代行政管理理论、较高的现代行政管理素养和技能,具有较强的英语应用能力、组织协调能力和分析、写作能力,熟悉国家经济规则和法律,具有较强的实践能力和适应能力的行政管理人才。行政管理专业课程的设计关乎人才实践能力的培养,其科学合理的课程体系设计影响学生综合能力培养的实现程度。本文追诉行政管理课程设计的合理化要求,就其课堂教学涉及到的主要课程的合理化安排作一番考量,力求对本专业建设发展有所帮助。通过对广东省高校行政管理专业的课程调查分析,发现现有课程的设置并不能满足社会的需求,找出现有课程的缺陷,提出了行政管理专业课程体系设计完善建议,同时提出行政管理专业课程优化策略。

Abstract
The training objective of administrative management courses is to cultivate the administrative management talents with solid modern administration theories, professional modern administrative knowledge and skills, strong abilities in English application, organizing, coordinating and writing, proficiency in national economic rules and laws, strong practical and adaptive abilities. Administrative management curriculum design is decisive to the cultivation of practical abilities for talents. Therefore, reasonable and scientific design for the course system affects the degree of realization of the comprehensive abilities of the students'. This article recounts the reasonable requirements of the curriculum design of administrative management courses and reconsiders the arrangement of main aspects involved in classroom instruction, hoping that it will help develop this course. Via a research and an analysis on the major of Administrative Management prevailing in colleges in Guangdong province, I discover that current courses in relation to the major do not match the society’s need; thereby, I find out the defects of the courses being taught at present, and put forward several recommendations on the design of the Administrative Management course system, and raise up the optimization strategy of administrative management courses.
