中小企业技术创新政府扶持研究

技术创新对中小企业的发展意义重大，但现实中面临重重困难，尤其是创新意识不强、创新技术不足，技术人员素质偏低几方面。政府有必要加大宣传力度，提高企业创新意识;完善法律，树立保护屏障；减免税收，间接推动企业创新；加大财政支持，注入技术创新直接动力；扩宽融资渠道，缓解资金压力；提高中小企业管理层素质，为中小企业创新打下基础；完善中小企业社会化服务体系，促进中小企业发展，构建全方位的中小企业技术创新体系。

Abstract
Technology innovation is of great significance for Small and medium-sized enterprise. But in reality it is facing many difficulties, such as not-strong innovation consciousness, the lack of technological innovation and the low quality of Technical personnel. First, the government is necessary to increase the publicity and improve the enterprise innovation consciousness. Second, it should perfect the law to establish protective barrier .Third; it should cut the tax so that it can promote indirectly enterprise innovation. Forth, increasing financial support injects technology innovation power directly. Fifth, broadening the financial channels, to ease the financial pressure .Sixth, to lay the foundation for small and medium enterprise innovation so that it can improve the quality of management of small and medium-sized enterprises. Seventh, to promote the development of small and medium-sized enterprises so that it can improve socialization service system of small and medium-sized enterprises. These methods can Structure of the small and medium-sized enterprise comprehensive technical innovation system.
