随着我国保险业的迅速发展，现行保险法暴露出许多不完善和不适应的地方，最近10多年来，是我国经济社会发生深刻变化的时期，也是保险业蓬勃发展的时期。
从某种意义上说，保险业的发展远远超出了人们的预期，大量新生事物的出现、快速发展的保险业及由此产生的监管需要，暴露出现行保险法的滞后。面对这样的变化，原先用于规范保险活动的有些规则就显得不适应了，因此，修改保险法的呼声日益强烈。本文正是这种背景下，对于如何要修改现行保险法展开了分析。首先阐明修改我国保险法的必要性；其次通过分析我国现行保险市场的发展历程，指出我国原保险在成长过程中出现的问题。接着,分析了问题的原因.最后，针对问题以及原因，阐明了尽快实施新保险法以及宣传的及时性。
Abstract
