如何改变农村幼儿教育现状
幼教领域的研究大多是针对城市幼教的，很少有人关注农村幼教，本文采用文献研究方法，简单分析了农村幼教的发展现状。农村幼教大大滞后于城市主要表现在：管理落后，教育落后，家园合作教育脱节，教师流失严重，素质较低，待遇低，幼教经费严重不足。针对这些现象：我们要更新观念，营造重视幼教的社会氛围和意识，树立城乡幼教发展观，加强对农村幼教的投入，积极探索多种农村幼教发展形式。

Abstract
Kindergarten most research in the field of childcare against the city, very few people were concerned about rural childcare, based on literature research methods, a simple analysis of the development of rural childcare situation. Rural childcare greatly lagging performance in the main cities: backward management, poor education, cooperative education divorced from their homes, the loss of teachers serious. Low quality, low pay, childcare and severely underfinanced. Against these phenomena : we have to update the concept, to create a preschool social atmosphere and awareness, establish urban and rural childcare development concept, strengthening of rural childcare input, and actively explore different forms of development of rural childcare.
