试论教育活动中教师的素养问题幼儿教师是幼儿园教育工作的实施者,幼儿教师的素养水平直接影响着幼儿教育的质量,所以,幼儿教师要以新《幼儿园教育指导纲要》(试行)为宗旨,以促进幼儿终身发展为目标,从主、客观两方面着手,不断提高自身素养,使自己成为一名合格的幼儿教师。

Abstract
The baby teacher is the kindergarten education implementation, the baby teacher's accomplishment level directly affects baby's education quality, this article is obtaining from the baby teacher's accomplishment present situation, from the host, the objective two aspects analyzes the baby teacher accomplishment the influence factor, then proposed raises the baby teacher accomplishment level the method. The baby teacher must take be new "Kindergarten Education Instruction Summary" (implementation) as an objective, take promotes the baby lifelong development as the goal, unceasingly sharpens the education teaching ability, strengthens the specialized accomplishment, causes oneself to become a qualified baby teacher.
