商业保险促进安徽经济发展的路径分析：基于新金融发展理论
保险作为地方经济的组成部分，对地方经济的发展有重要作用，成为经济发展的“助推器”和社会安全的“稳定器”。 保险作为市场经济条件下风险管理的基本手段，必须抓住和用好战略机遇期，充分发挥功能作用。为安徽经济的发展提供更强的助推力。所以，分析了解商业保险到底是从哪些方面对安徽经济产生作用，对于促进两者的稳定、快速的协调发展来说，就更具有重大实践价值和战略意义。本文以安徽省为研究对象, 从实证分析的角度，利用新金融发展理论，对商业保险促进安徽经济发展的影响因素进行分析。研究结果发现，商业保险对安徽经济有着积极促进作用，商业保险可以通过影响储蓄—投资转化率、自身的资本存量和储蓄率等方面对经济发展提供支持，并结合安徽省自身的经济特点，为双方的协调发展，对保险业和政府双方提出了几点建议：保险业自身要坚持发展，提升商业保险实力，结合本土实际，全面提升安徽保险业和安徽经济的整体水平；政府应给予保险业适当的政策优惠，促进保险业与安徽经济的融合；加强对保险市场的监管力度。

Abstract：Insurance is an intergral part of the local economy, plays an important role to become a "booster" of economic development and social security "stable". Insurance is a basic means of risk management in market economy conditions, we must seize and make good use of strategic opportunity and fully functional effect. Anhui economic development to provide more boost power. Therefore, the analysis to understand the commercial insurance in the end from which aspects of Anhui economic role in promoting the stability of the two, the rapid coordination of development, even of great practical value and strategic significance. Anhui Province, from the perspective of empirical analysis, using the new theory of financial development, to analyze the commercial insurance to promote Anhui economic factors affecting the development. The study found that commercial insurance on the economy of Anhui has a positive role in promoting commercial insurance can affect the savings - investment in conversion rate, its own capital stock and savings rate of economic development support, combined with the economic characteristics of the Anhui Province itself, for the coordinated development of both sides, the insurance industry and government a few suggestions: the insurance industry should adhere to the development and enhance the commercial insurance strength, Anhui insurance industry to raise the overall and Anhui economic the overall level; Government should give the insurance industry preferential policies to promote the insurance industry and the Anhui economic integration; strengthen the supervision of the insurance market.
