广州mba汽车公司员工流失问题研究

虽然说从宏观角度看,人才在企业间流动是一件好事,但对具体企业来说,人才队伍的相对稳定是必要的,流动异常,不利于工作的延续和事业发展,人才流失意味着技术扩散,企业机密的外泄,竞争对手实力加强,市场的缩减等,也影响在职员工的稳定性和忠诚度。
本文以广州mba汽车公司为研究对象,结合这间公司的实际情况,运用研究的理论,在理论联系实际的基础上,提出解决mba公司员工流失的方案。mba公司内员工流失原因主要有三个方面:家族制管理理念;薪酬制度;个人保障和发展,民营家族企业老板一人主观意识主导企业人才和薪酬这两种主要制度。由于世裕公司在管理上对两个制度的管理没有科学化,导致了对公司发展有着积极作用的员工流失严重的情况。本文针对世裕公司的实际,提出了一些管理和薪酬制度上的方案,以其从根本上解决员工流失问题,从而做到最大程度地把对公司发展有着积极作用的员工留下来,充分发挥才能,推动公司发展。

Abstract

In this paper, Shi Yu Motor Company of Guangzhou on the condition that this company of the actual situation, the theoretical study, In theory with practice on the basis of margin propose solutions to the world's staff wastage program. World margin company staff wastage three main reasons : family system management concept; Pay system; Personal protection and development Private entrepreneurs, a family person subjective awareness-led enterprise personnel and pay system for the two major. As the World margin in the management of the company on the management of these systems are not scientific, has led to the development of the company has a positive role in the loss of staff. Raised a number of management and salary systems, with a fundamental solution to the issue. Achieve the greatest degree of focus on development of the company has a positive role to retain employees, which can promote the development of the company.
