星级酒店一线员工流失分析及解决方案

近些年，由于中国市场的繁荣，尤其是在第一产业和第二产业的引导之下，第三产业的发展尤为迅速，酒店业也是其中之一。另外，星级酒店是酒店业当中的领头羊，对其研究将直接反映出当前酒店业的现状。因此本文将从星级酒店出发来分析其一线员工流失，并对在此过程中出现的问题提出解决方案。在星级酒店中，人力资源的不稳定性一直困扰和制约着我国星级酒店的发展，面对星级酒店居高不下的一线员工流失率，国内学者对此的研究层出不穷，也取得了一定的成果。但由于缺乏对现有研究状况的总体认识，导致目前相关研究的同质化情况比较严重，缺乏现实的指导作用。于是关于我国星级酒店一线员工流失研究的总结式研究就显得尤为必要。本文通过对相关文献进行综述，并对其做出相关的问卷调查，先对目前研究的内容，主要是流失诱因、流失影响、管理及控制对策进行综述。希望能够更系统地了解当前我国星级酒店一线员工流失研究的现状和成果有所帮助，发现研究的问题和不足，以及为未来研究的方向提供有益思考和建议。

Abstract
In recent years, due to the prosperity of the Chinese market, especially under the guidance of first and secondary industries, the development of tertiary industry is particularly rapid in the hotel industry is one of them. Star hotel which the hotel industry leader in the research will directly reflect the current status quo of the hotel industry. This article will star hotel starting to analyze the loss of frontline employees, and in this process to propose a solution. However, due to the lack of overall understanding of existing conditions, led to the current study the homogenization of the situation is more serious, the lack of practical guidance role.
