试论古今秘书职业道德及变化
秘书作为领导的服务者和辅助者，职业道德不仅关系着自身的素养和发展，也关系着领导工作的效率和效果，更有甚者关乎着自己和领导者的政治生命或职业生涯。因此，从古至今，领导者都很重视秘书的职业道德。但由于时代不同，古今秘书职业道德又有所不同。通过比较发现，古今社会在秘书的职业道德方面都强调德才兼备、忠于职守和敏捷的反应。而古今秘书职业道德的差别在于，古代更强调作为一个臣民的责任感和使命感，由此造成很多古人愚忠思想严重；现在的秘书职业道德更注重人际关系方面中的善于合作、谦和平等。明确了古今秘书职业道德的区别及变化，秘书人员就可以吸收古代秘书职业道德的精髓，摒弃古代秘书职业道德中的愚忠思想，坚持现在社会秘书职业道德的优点，提高自己的职业道德素养，做一个称职的辅助者和服务者。

On the Professional Ethics and Change of the Past and Present Secretary
Abstract：As the servant and assistant of the leader, the professional ethics of the secretary is not only related with the qualities and the development of their own, but also related with the efficiency and effectiveness of the leader’s work, and further more, it even relatd with the political life or career both themselves and the leaders. Therefore, from past to present, the professional ethics of the secretary always highly concerned by the leaders. But due to the differneces of the times, there are some differences of the professional ethics between the past and the present. In comparison, we can see, it is emphasized the ability and integrity, dedication and quick response in the Secretary's professional ethics both the past and the present. The disparity of the two is that, in the past, the sense of responsibility and mission of a subject is more important, thus caused the serious blindly adherence thoughts of many ancients; and now the professional ethics concern more about the teamwork and modest equality in human relationships. Aftre knowing the distinguish and change of the professional ethics from past to present, the secretaries can assimilate the soul and abandon the blindly adherence thoughts of the professional ethics of the past, and persist in the advantages of the secretary’s professional ethics of the present, so that to enhance the accomplishment of their own occupational ethics, and to be a competent assistant and servant.
