简论会议工作的现代化管理

随着我国改革开放的不断深入,社会主义市场经济得到了迅速而有效的发展;与此同时,作为与社会经济发展有密切联系的会议工作,也在不断的发展,各社会主体也越来越重视会议的作用,并更加平凡的使用各种会议方法来加强自身的建设和发展,提高办事效率。但是,会议工作的一些缺陷和弱点也不断的暴露出来,并直接阻碍了会议工作的有效展开,因此,为了适应新阶段的社会发展,有必要针对会议工作进行科学组织与管理。本文就会议工作的科学组织与管理从会前、会中和会后提出了符合现实的管理技巧,并列举了具有现代特色的会议管理形势与技巧,相信将会对会议管理有所帮助。
