【内容摘要】

前企业人才流失的现状还比较严峻,企业高层者必须要认真分析自身人力资源管理落后的现状及其原因,充分认识到加强人力资源管理的必要性,并结合企业的管理方式、传统习惯及文化,积极寻找适合自身特点的人力资源管理的应对策略。

在提高高层领导人的素质、制定人力资源战略、健全内部人力资源管理体系以及加强企业文化与人力资源管理的契合等方面加强企业的人力资源管理,调动职工的积极性、竞争性和创造性。在充满竞争的市场环境下,中小企业应把人作为企业的根本,并充分结合自身特点找出适合自己的留住人才的对策。

Abstracts
The current status of corporate brain drain is still relatively severe, corporate executives must be careful analysis of their own human resources management and the reasons behind the status quo, fully aware of the need to strengthen human resource management, and in conjunction with enterprise management, traditional customs and culture , and actively searching for its own characteristics of human resource management countermeasures. In improving the quality of senior leaders to develop human resources strategy, and improve the internal human resource management system and to enhance corporate culture and human resource management, fit, etc. to enhance corporate human resource management, mobility of employees, competition and creativity. In a competitive market environment, SMEs should be business people as a fundamental, and fully identify with their own characteristics to retain talent for its own response.
